Full Management:
Is the letting of your property via an independent agent who does this in return for a commission on the rental income. The agent looks after the property and provides the landlord with a rent paying tenant.
The tenant pays rent to the agent. The agent transfers the rent to the landlord every month less any maintenance costs & management fees and accounts to the landlord via a monthly statement.
