June sees end of term for the University and schools, and summer is well underway. Still not too late for landlords to market their property before the summer holidays! APRIL
Spring is here and time to ‘plant seeds’ for the season ahead - traditionally marked by the Easter Weekend in the property calendar. This year, we noticed that as Easter was later than usual, things began to warm up on the property front a bit earlier. Several of our landlords were busy preparing their houses and flats for rental - some for the very first time - so a few calls to us to check what’s important in order to give prospective tenants a safe, comfortable and up-to-the-minute home! Some of our tenants are moving on, so we have been able to re-let their homes.
We have already noticed an increased demand for good quality houses and flats to let in Cambridge, and also out in the surrounding villages at this time. Who wouldn’t want to live here? - We have everything - historic city, academic and scientific institutions, first class school and university education, wonderful theatre/shopping/dining, good road and rail links to other important centres particularly London, beautiful countryside and VERY importantly good places to live! We are actively looking for NEW LANDLORDS who would like to own property here, or maybe already do so!
