This is a full comprehensive service which includes renting your property and dealing with all day-to-day issues which can arise in rented properties. We maintain the highest professional standards to ensure our clients get the best service.

We vet our applicants thoroughly and ensure proper references are obtained. After carefully selecting a suitable tenant and securing a deposit and 1 months rent, we go on to preparing a tenancy agreement and inventory if required.

During the tenancy we make sure that regular visits are made to the property to ensure that the tenant is complying with the tenancy agreement and any necessary work to the property is undertaken, we also keep our landlords updated on a regular basis as to the status of their property.

Monthly rental payments are paid into the landlords nominated bank account and statements are also sent our regularly.
